RECEPTION & WAITING ROOM
A cozy, family-friendly environment designed to offer comfort, with a Wi-Fi and refreshment area where our receptionist is at your disposal for any inquiry or procedure.
DENTAL OFFICES
We have three dental offices equipped with all the necessary technology to support your treatment and comfort, and to perform the oral diagnosis without needing to change offices.
RADIOLOGY
Each office is equipped with digital intraoral X-ray devices and specific neck and thyroid protectors — the perfect combination to obtain instant, high-resolution images with minimal exposure.
In the radiodiagnostic room, we can perform orthopantomograms (panoramic X-rays of the entire mouth) and 3D scans (essential in complex cases that require better planning), without the need to refer our patients to specialized centers.
OPERATING ROOM
Due to the extensive experience Dr. Jaime Murtra gained as an anesthetist in the hospital setting, Clínica Dental Murtra has developed a surgical field setup, room disinfection, and sterilization protocol very similar to that of a hospital, regardless of whether it is a simple procedure or a complex case.

RADIOLOGICAL
With our 3D dental scanner, we can accurately plan the most complex cases without the need to refer our patients to specialized radiology centers.

ANESTHESIA OR SEDATION
Our specialists will be able to indicate the type of anesthesia that is suitable for each specific case:
- a “conscious sedation,” which consists of relaxation using orally administered medication
- a “deep sedation,” when the relaxation is followed or maintained by intravenous medication
- a monitored “general anesthesia”
This way, we can work in our facilities (on an outpatient basis) without the need to move to a hospital setting.
DISEASE DETECTION
We collaborate with the Echevarne laboratory for the early detection of periodontal diseases. Through a painless collection of bacterial plaque in the clinic, we can:
- detect which pathogen is causing the disease and thus treat it with the specific antibiotic
- detect the genetic predisposition to developing periodontitis
Those who suffer from the disease produce higher levels of Interleukin-1 (IL-1). If it is known in advance that their children have inherited this genetic variation, we can take appropriate preventive measures to keep plaque levels low and schedule check-ups according to the needs of each case.
SMEAR OR BIOPSY
Through a smear (when the sample is material suspended in saliva that is conveniently collected with a swab) or a biopsy (when a histological sample needs to be resected), in collaboration with General Lab, we can generate an early diagnosis of the wide range of oral pathologies or precancerous lesions in the clinic.
SPECIAL PATIENTS
We have experience treating patients with disabilities, whether intellectual or physical. If the case requires, we can treat patients under sedation to perform cleanings, gum treatments, extractions, and necessary conservative dentistry, prosthetics, and/or implantology in a single session.
